What's News We are a community-based program/clinic providing mental health, psychiatrics reha bilitation and social services of high standards to people of all ages in Maryland , Baltimore City and the counties. Our staffs include licensed clinical social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, licensed clinical professional counselors, exemplary citizens as mentors, and support staff.
